Philip Neal Vickers, age 61, of Newalla, OK, was born on January 6, 1955, in Bristow, OK. He was the son of Jack & Elsie (Bascue) Vickers. He left this life on Saturday, October 15, 2016, in Meeker, OK. Philip graduated from Olive High School, Drumright, OK. He married Terri Hardison on March 5, 1976, in Bristow, OK. Philip loved racing. He enjoyed raising the neighborhood kids and helping fix bicycles. Philip was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Terri Vickers, Newalla, OK; son & daughter-in-law, Paul & Felicia Vickers, Bethel, OK; daughter & son-in-law, Amanda & Leroy Burger, Prague, OK; step-mother, Karen Vickers, Bristow, OK; brother, Chris Cruce, Bristow, OK; 5 grandchildren, Wesley Burger, Matthew Burger, Felicity Vickers, Faith Vickers, Jackson Vickers and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, October 21, 2016, at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK. Interment will follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Newalla, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK
