Paul Warner Pruitt

Paul Warner Pruitt was born on April 18, 1942, in Meeker, OK, and departed this life on Saturday, May 21, 2005, in Prague, OK, at the age of 63. Paul, the son of Warner Noah Pruitt and Loretha Hignite Pruitt, had been a resident of the Lincoln County area most of his life. He had recently moved from Chandler to Paden. He married the former Trudy Salley on February 26, 1993 in Bentonville, Arkansas. He was a master carpenter and had been a member of the Carpenters Union for over 26 years. He had spent the last several years being self-employed as a carpenter and building erector. He attended Forrest Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson. Survivors include his wife, Trudy Pruitt, of the home in Paden; daughters and sons-in-law, Jeanne Ann & Carl Guinn of Prague, Candyce Lynn & Hershel Green, of Shawnee, Danielle Lois & Richard Nokes, of Edmond; sisters and brothers-in-law, Warnetha & Jimmy Simek of Sparks, Georgia Mae & Dewey Stowers of Sparks; brother, Reggie Wayne Pruitt of Paden; step-daughter & her husband, Jessica & Gary Jackson of Stroud; step-son, Bobby Geary of Chandler; 6 grandchildren; and 3 step-grandchildren.
