Patricia Jean Wood

Patricia Jean Wood, age 80, of Harrah, OK was born February 16, 1935, in Olean, New York. She was the daughter of Charles J. & Margaret P. (Shaffer) Mansfield. She left this life on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, in Harrah, OK. Pat graduated from Olean High School in 1953. She married James C. Wood on November 10, 1956, in Olean, NY. Pat was a telephone operator at Southwestern Bell, retiring in 1999. She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Harrah, OK. Pat enjoyed watching old western movies and World War II movies. She had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, James C. Wood, Sr. and two brothers, Allen & Chuck Mansfield. She is survived by 3 sons & daughter-in-law, Daniel Wood, Oklahoma City, OK, James C. Jr., & Michelle Wood, Fort. Atkinson, WI, Scott Wood, Sapulpa, OK; 2 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Rosary will be 6:00 P.M., Friday, August 7, 2015, at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, 2039 N. Tim Holt Dr., Harrah, OK. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 8, 2015, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Harrah, OK. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
