Patricia Ann Forehand

Patricia Kay Forehand was born on December 28, 1945, in Purcell, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, February 14, 2007, in Ada, Oklahoma, at the age of 61. Patricia, the daughter of Joseph Cornelius and Dollie Iris Higbee Black, was a resident of Meeker. She married Larry B. Forehand on March 31, 1973. He preceded her in death on June 5, 1990. Patricia was a homemaker. Her parents and one brother also preceded Patricia in death. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and Tim Holik of Prague, Scherry and Ray McNeal of Meeker; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Christine Forehand of Oklahoma City; brothers, Bubby Black of Colorado, Bill Black of Utah Terry Black of Lexington; sisters, Margaret Watkins of Lexington, Barbara Tate of Norman, Carla Shelton of Wanette; and seven grandchildren. Visitation will be at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Meeker on Thursday, February 15, 2007, from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM.
