Otis Duane Draper

Otis Duane Draper was born on January 18, 1954 in Bixby, Oklahoma and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma on Monday October 5, 2015 at the age of 61 years. Duane was the son of Otis Franklin and Martha (Rhodes) Powell. He was later adopted and raised by Joe E. 'Pops' Draper. He was a resident of Stroud. He graduated from Stroud High School in 1973. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Stroud and work at the Stroud National Bank, He married Terry Story in Miama, Oklahoma on October 26, 1998. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Kenneth. Survivors include, wife Terry of the home, one brother, David Draper of SandSprings, Oklahoma. one nephew Holden Draper of Stroud, Oklahoma. Other relatives and friends. Services will be on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Assembly of God Church in Stroud, Oklahoma. Rev. Jeromy Jackson and Jason Mooy officiating. Burial will follow at the Stroud Cemetery. Funeral Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Services of Stroud.
