Opal Modest Lohman

Opal Modest Lohman was born on December 23, 1909, in McLoud, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, December 26, 2006, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 97. Mrs. Lohman, the daughter of James Alexander and Annie Jane Umbarger Plumley, was a long-time resident of Prague. She was married to Fred Lohman, who preceded her in death in 1960. She was a homemaker. Her parents; four sisters; four brothers; and one great-granddaughter, Stephanie Chavez, also preceded Mrs. Lohman in death. She will be missed by many friends and her family. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Anna Jane and Carl Fields of Prague; granddaughters,Eddie and Janet Mayfield of Prague, Pam and Jimmy Dale Redford of Prague, Carla and Kirby McEntire of Paden; great-grandchildren, Holly Hightower and husband Todd of Prague, Lance Mayfield of Prague, Paige McEntire of Paden; and great-great-grandchildren, Gracie Ann Hightower of Prague, Cameron Hightower of Prague.
