Nolan Ray Moss

Nolan Ray Moss was born on January 29, 1934, in Foss, Oklahoma and departed this life on Tuesday, April 4, 2006, in Oklahoma City, OK, at the age of 72. Nolan, the son of Ezra Nelson and Evelyn Adell Hill Moss, had been a resident of Prague since he was ten years old. He married Barbara Opela on January 28, 1956 in Prague, Oklahoma and they have made their home in Prague since that time. Nolan had worked for Public Supply Company in Oklahoma City, as a truck driver and for the past eleven years had been employed by the Prague School District. He was serving as transportation director for the District at the time of his death. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Moss of the home; one son & daughter in law, Mike and Camie Moss of Harrison, AR; one daughter & son in law, Janice & Bruce Sweet, Smyrna, TN; one sister & brother in law, Eva Nell & Doug Burch, Prague; two aunts, Edith Melvin, Elk City, OK and Juanita Leak, Meeker, OK; four Grandchildren, Madison & MeShae Stone, Myrna, TN, Kasi & Alex Moss, Harrison, AR. The family will receive friends during a visitation at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
