Monte Ray Kimbel, age 69, entered his forever heavenly home on Saturday, August 24, 2019. He was born on March 1, 1950 in Chandler, Oklahoma. Monte was preceded in death by his parents Charles (Bugs) William and Louise Virginia Ussrey of Chandler, Oklahoma, his mother-in law, Nancy Sligar and his sister-in-law, Crystal Jones, both of Prague, Oklahoma. Monte is survived by his wife of over 38 years, Rajeana Ranae (Rozell) Kimbel of Prague; his father-in-law John Sligar of Prague; two sons, Aaron Daniel Kimbel of Yale, Oklahoma and Monte Ray Kimbel II of Prague, Oklahoma; his daughter, Shavon Ranae Jordan of Poteau, Oklahoma; He is also survived by two brothers, Charles William Ussrey, Jr., and wife Deanne of Chandler, Oklahoma, and Tony Lynn and wife Natalie Ussrey of Chandler, Oklahoma; three sisters, Sharon Lee Mosley-Duncan of Davenport, VaDonna “Doni” Louise (Ussrey)-Boyles and husband Steve of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Reginia (Tini) Darlene (Ussrey) and husband Robie McFarland of Carney, Oklahoma; two grandsons, Konner and Bobby; two granddaughters, Taylor and Madison; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, uncles and aunts and an abundance of other family, friends, and loved ones. Monte graduated with honors in electronics and was a lead telecom engineer. He was a talented carpenter, inventor and business owner. He loved to go hunting and fishing whenever possible. As far as hobbies, he loved muscle cars, motorcycles and horses. Most of all, he loved spending time with his loved ones. Above all these things, he had a heart for the lost and jumped at the chance to share the gospel of his savior, Jesus Christ. Monte is loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
