Millard Cletus Durham (Bull) was born on June 8, 1929 in Paden, Oklahoma, to John D. and Ruth I. (Smith) Durham and died Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at home. He graduated from Paden High School and then entered the Air Force. He was stationed at Dobbins Air Force base when he met his first wife, Joan Clark Durham. He served in Korea as a medic. After the service, he worked in the oilfields in Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma and ultimately ended up at Champlin Refinery in Enid and worked there until it closed. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Prague, Oklahoma for 57 years. In 1982, he and Janette Rogers were married in Las Vegas, Nevada. He retired to his farm in Paden, Oklahoma where he remained except for a brief period in Enid. Millard was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Joan Rogers; son, Nick Durham, Jr.; and sister, Helen Eaton. Survivors include his wife, Janette Durham of the home; daughter, Chauncey A. Durham of Enid; step-sons, Keith Rogers of Kingston, Dan Rogers of Yukon, Truitt Rogers of Enid; grandson, John Durham and his wife, Tia McBride, of Tuttle; great-grandsons, Bryson Durham, Matthew Durhan and his girlfriend, Kendra Tinsley, Landrey Durham of Minco; great-granddaughter, Violet Durham of Tuttle; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorials may be made in Millard's name to your local Masonic Lodge. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating. Interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery in Paden.
