Michael Seth Knipp

Michael Seth Knipp was born on October 24, 1990 in Chickasha, Oklahoma and departed this life on March 25, 2020 near Guthrie, Oklahoma at the age of 29. Seth moved to Stroud, Oklahoma with his family in 1997 and proudly considered it his home from that moment forward. Growing up and during his school years, Seth enjoyed baseball, fishing and generally was a humorous and social person. He graduated Stroud High School with the Class of 2009. Seth worked in many positions in the oil & gas industry from electrical to instrumentation fields. Seth is survived by parents Chris and Tammy Knipp of Stroud; Kara and Chris Smith of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; brother Jeremee Knipp of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; siblings Christopher, Chloe and Teegan Knipp of Stroud; sister Taylor Hilbert and her husband Kreg Hilbert of Milfay, Oklahoma; sister Baylie Greenhaw of Stroud; brothers Cody and Gehrig Miller of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; siblings Christopher and Cayla Smith of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; grandparents Keith and Paulette Knipp of Guthrie, Oklahoma; grandparents Doyle and Gwen Cloud of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; grandfather Keith Clayton of Purcell, Oklahoma; grandmother Gerri Delozier of Washington, Oklahoma and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A graveside service is planned for Saturday, April 18th, 2020 at Kendrick Cemetery in Kendrick, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, OK.
