Michael David Ross

Michael David Ross, age 49, of McLoud, OK was born on November 16, 1964, in Prague, OK. He was the son of Jackie Clayton Ross, Sr. & Ruby (Sexton) Williams. He left this life on Saturday, August 9, 2014, in Oklahoma City, OK. Michael graduated from Prague High School and East Central. He married Angela Simpson on April 3, 1993, in Prague, OK. Michael was a truck driver for Con-way Freight. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Newalla and a former member of Countryside Baptist Church. Michael enjoyed reading, camping, taking trips, golfing and sports in general. He loved to visit with people, making friends and spending time with his family. He loved his family and his church family. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife, Angela Ross, McLoud, OK; 3 daughters, Kimberly Ross, of the home, Courtney Ross, of the home, Katherine Ross, of the home; mother & step-father, Ruby & Orville Williams, Prague, OK; brother & sister-in-law, Jackie C. Ross, Jr. & Steffany, Choctaw, OK; sister & brother-in-law, Sharon & Gary Holder, Prague, OK and many other relatives and friends. Services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 16, 2014, at the First Assembly of God Church, Prague, OK, with Pastor Justin Dunn, Rev. Kevin Wehrli and Pastor David Nolen officiating. Interment will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, August 16, 2014, at Fields Cemetery, Porum, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
