Michael Cole Contway was born on May 26, 1995, in Claremore, OK, and departed this life on Tuesday, December 30, 2008, in Oklahoma City, OK, at the age of 13. Michael, the son of Tim and Marila Webb Contway, was a resident of Chandler. He was in the 7th grade at Davenport, OK. Michael attend the First Assembly of God Church in Meeker, OK. Survivors include, Parents, Tim & Marila Contway of the home, Brothers, Andrew Contway of Chandler, OK Joshua Watkins of Chandler, OK, Shawn Watkins of McLoud, OK, Sister, Amy Watkins, of Chandler, OK, Grandparents, Harold & Fern Webb of Sparks, OK, Dan & Janice Contway of Shawnee, OK, Elaine Contway of Shawnee, OK, Great grandparents, Marvin & Opal Contway of Chandler, OK, Peggy Totten of Prague, OK, Other relatives and many friends. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the Contway family at First Bank of Chandler, PO Box 218, Chandler, OK 74834 Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 10:00 A.M., at First Assembly of God Church in Meeker, OK with Rev. Charles Pearcy officiating. Interment will follow at White Dove Cemetery in Sparks, OK. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
