Maxine Mae Savory

Maxine Mae Savory, Tryon, Oklahoma resident was born on March 6, 1933, in Cushing, Oklahoma, and departed this life on November 4, 2019, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 86. Maxine was the daughter of Robert Henry and Stella Mae (Toles) Creager. She graduated from Cushing High School in 1951. She worked as a data control tech for Seagate. Maxine enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved country music, reading her bible and shopping. Maxine will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Maxine was preceded in death by her parents, son Will Savory and daughter-in-law Carolyn Savory, four brothers, two sisters and granddaughter Jennifer Savory. Survivors include daughter Connie and husband Mike Moser of Tryon, son Wayne and wife Nancy Savory of Sallisaw, four granddaughters Nikole Kretchmer, Manda Smith, Keli Martin, Janelle Savory, three grandsons Hank Moser, Benny Savory, Marvin Savory and Eighteen great grandchildren: Rorie, Cooper, Brayden, Bradley, Claire, Ben, Sarah, Jesica, Kelsey, Bailey, Caleb, Whitlee, Emma, Karstyn, Landry, Jordyn, Amya and Terrell. Visitation will be held the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Chandler, Oklahoma, Thursday, November 7 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, Donations can be made in Maxine’s honor to Integris Hospice House, 13920 Quailbrook Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73134. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 8, 2019, at the Christian Union Church in Tryon, Oklahoma with Reverend Steven Grotheer officiating. Burial to follow at Olivet Cemetery, Vinco (Perkins), Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service Chandler, Oklahoma.
