Mary Wilma Standlee

Mary Wilma Standlee was born on January 31, 1929, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, October 27, 2010, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 81. Mary, the daughter of Troy Lee and Beulah Lola (Youngblood) Ellison, was a resident of Prague. She married Glen F. Standlee on August 31, 1946 in Shawnee. He preceded her in death on September 13, 2010. Mary was a homemaker and attended the Aydelotte Church of Christ. Her parents and a grandchild, Felicia Bogges, also preceded Mary in death. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Dewayne and Ann Standlee of Midwest City; daughter, Betty Baker of Oklahoma City; brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Geneva Ellison of Meeker, Howard and Patricia Ellison of Mustang; sisters and brothers-in-law, Elvesta Standlee of Meeker, Helen and George McKee of Prague, Joann and Tommy Edmonds of Meeker; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. The Standlee family will receive friends on Thursday, October 28, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Parks Brothers Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 29, 2010 at 10:00 AM, at Aydelotte Church of Christ in Shawnee with Elder Vernon L. Markwell and Elder Harold L. Gibson officiating. Interment will follow at Rossville Cemetery in Meeker. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
