Mary Virginia Wright

Mary Virginia Wright, McLoud, Oklahoma, age 81, was born January 1, 1924, in, Tennessee, and departed this life on September 14, 2005, in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Virginia was the daughter of Guy & Elsie Goad Cox. She was a member of the Hillside Baptist Church. She was a Rosie the Riveter during WWII. Virginia loved to draw, color and paint and liked to stay busy whether it was farming or working in her garden. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband; W.O. Wright, four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by 2 sons & daughters-in-law, Sammy & Vickie Wright of Moore, OK, Bobby & Diana Wright of Wellston, OK; 2 daughters, Roberta Wright and Rhonda Wright of Harrah, OK; 2 sisters, Jannette of Raleigh, NC and Joyce of South Carolina; 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
