Mary Sue Grammer

Mary Sue Grammer was born in Depew, Oklahoma on April 23, 1943 and departed this life in Cushing, Oklahoma on Sunday, November 23, 2008 at the age of 65 years. Mary was the daughter of Bill and Sarah Holcomb Bennett. She was a Stroud resident most of her life. She was affiliated with Deer Creek Baptist Church in Stroud and worked as a seamstress for Paramount Apparel Manufacturing in Stroud. She married John Robert Grammer in Chandler, Oklahoma on July 30, 1959. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John in 1986; 1 brother and 1 sister. Survivors include two sons, Ralph Grammer of Stroud, OK, Bob Grammer & wife, Cindy of Chandler, OK; two brothers, Ben Bennett of El Reno, OK, George Bennett of Bristow, OK; two sisters, Barbara Naugle of Tulsa, OK, Lucille Lee of Tulsa, OK; one granddaughter, Ginger Grammer of Davenport, OK, other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at the Rock Island Cemetery, Stroud, Oklahoma on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Dorsey Hightower officiating. Service are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral service in Stroud, Oklahoma.
