Mary L Calhoon-Hill

Mary L. Calhoon, age 75, of Sand Springs, OK, was born on April 5, 1933, in Keota, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Richard H. & Tennie Heffley Cagle. She left this life on October 28, 2008, in Sand Springs, OK. Mary was a member of the Harrah First Assembly of God Church, the Eastern Star and Position Officer of Ruth. She loved her nieces and nephews like they were her children. She enjoyed arts and crafts and loved animals, especially Sheba, her Schnauzer. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roy L. 'Dick' Calhoon and 3 brothers, Herman L. Cagle, Thurman Cagle and George Cagle. Survivors include 3 sisters & husbands, Patsy & Leroy Wallace, Sand Springs, OK, Bonnie & Johnny Townsley, Sand Springs, OK, Zula Daniels, Harrah, OK; 1 brother & his wife, Randy & JoAnn Cagle, Broken Arrow, OK; her nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 30, 2008, at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK with Rev. Tony Alvarez, Rev. Keith Townsley and Rev. Terry Erwin officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service, Harrah, OK.
