Mary Frances Flatt

Mary Frances Flatt, 77 of Stroud, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, left this life on January 12, 2018. in Prague, OK. She was Born on May 22, 1940 in Prague, OK to Emil and Mae (Davis) Holik. Mary was member of the Maranatha Christian Center. Mary married Roy Flatt Sr., on December 14, 1959. Mary loved to crochet, quilt and take care of everyone that came by, she would always make sure you where fed and had a full cup of coffee. She ran a daycare for 45 years in Stroud. Mary enjoyed seeing children that had attended her daycare when they came by her house to trick or treat on Halloween. They came by just to see her and she would remember the names of them all. Mary is survived by her husband Roy, three sons, Roy Jr.and wife Karen of Claremore, OK., Lonnie and wife Regina of Prague, OK., James and his wife Becky of Stroud, OK, one daughter Nancy Wright and husband Kevin of Hays, KS., 10 grandchildren Terry, Bobbie, Kim, Michaela, Alexandria, Tyler, Julia, Ashley, Danny and Houston. 10 great-grandchildren Mariah, Lacey, Ryan, Chris, Hannah, Camden, Paige, John, Zander, Tori and Braxton, two brothers Howard Holik of Stroud and Joe Holik of Kendrick, one sister Anna Mae Peters of Prague. Mary is preceded in death by her parents and one brother Eugene Holik. ​Memorial Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Maranatha Christian Center in Stroud, OK. Service are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
