Martin M. Green

Martin M. Green, Harrah, OK, age 55, was born on May 21, 1950, in Harrah, OK. He was the son of Jim & Bertha Matapene Green. He left this life on February 7, 2006, in Midwest City, OK. Martin graduated from Harrah High School in 1968. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Tinker AFB where he was a supervisor. Martin was a member of the DAV, the NRA, and the VFW. He enjoyed hunting, working on old cars and going to the lake. Martin was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Green of the home; 2 sons & 1 daughter-in-law, Michael Green, Harrah, OK, Martin, Jr. & Evel Green, Harrah, OK; 2 brothers, Raymond Green, McLoud, OK, Megal Matapene, Harrah, OK; 1 sister, Delores Stephon, Anchorage, AK; 4 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2006, at the McLoud Kickapoo Friends Center, McLoud, OK. Interment will follow at the Kickapoo Cemetery, McLoud, OK.
