Marilyn Kay Wright

Marilyn Kay (Daniel) Wright was born August 4, 1942, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Oscar and Lucille Daniel. She fell asleep in Jesus September 26, 2023, in Chandler, Oklahoma. Marilyn was preceded in death by her father and mother, daughter, June Crouch; and half brother, Jimmy. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Wright, 99, of Chandler, Oklahoma; brother, Fred Daniel and wife Lana Lou of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; twin sister, Carolyn Daniel Fisher of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter, Peggy and husband Gary Crouch of Chandler, Oklahoma; daughter, Rhonda and husband Larry Manuel of Tuttle, Oklahoma; 10 grandkids, 9 great grandkids, and 2 great great granddaughters; a host of nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, brethren, and friends.

Marilyn attended and was baptized into the General Assembly Church of the Firstborn on March 1, 1958, by Brother Dean Williams. She graduated May of 1961 from Putnam City School Systems. One of her favorite treasures was winning the 1961 Senior contest, being selected outstanding Senior girl in all of Oklahoma City. She worked as the executive secretary at May Ave Bank for 5 years until she met the love of her life Mr. (W)Right!

Raymond & Marilyn were married on June 22, 1974.

Marilyn enjoyed spending her days making jewelry for her friends and playing the piano while Raymond played the harmonica.

She will be greatly missed by all.
