Marcella Ruth Halford

Marcella Ruth Halford, Harrah, OK, age 85, was born on August 5, 1926, in Calumet, OK. She was the daughter of Henry W. & Fannie E. (Cecil) McCann. She left this life on Friday, August 12, 2011, in Oklahoma City, OK. Marcella was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Midwest City, OK, and was very involved with her church family. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, sewing, and fishing trips with family. Marcella was an employee of the Federal Reserve Bank in Oklahoma City for many years, retiring in 1962 to become a full-time mom and homemaker. She was a selfless and loving soul with a quick wit and a feisty sense of humor, touching all that were blessed to have known her. Marcella was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Lowell, and one brother, H. C. McCann. She is survived by her2 daughters and sons-in-law Kelly and Scott Webb of Harrah, OK and Kim & Bill Burgoyne of Norman, OK 1 brother Bob McCann of Broken Arrow, OK, 5 grandchildren Nicholas Webb, Emily Webb, Ariel Webb,Lauren Burgoyne, Brett Burgoyne and many other relatives and friends.
