Marcelene Anderson

Marcelene D. Anderson, Carney, OK, resident was born on May, 26, 1956, in Carnegie, OK, and departed this life Friday, September 20, 2013, at her home in Carney, at the age of 57 years. Marcelene was the daughter of Roy and Georgia (Startz) Mitchell. She married Ronnie Anderson on October 26, 1973, in Carney. Marcelene worked as a Title Insurance Clerk for many years. Her mother, and one brother preceded Marcelene in death. Survivors include, husband of thirty nine years, Ronnie of the home, father, Roy Mitchell of Carney, one son, Chris Anderson of Yale, OK, one daughter and son-in-law, Lanessa and Johnny Graham of Carney, OK, two brothers, Bennett Mitchell of Carney, and Marland Mitchell of Carney, two sisters, Linda Odermatt of Carney, and Nadene Cowan of Carney, two grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at the First Assembly of God Church in Carney, with Brother Bo Gibbs officiating. Burial will follow at Carney Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, OK.
