Lyla Nicole Pack

Lyla Nicole Pack, was born August 8, 2018. She departed this life on June 11, 2019, at the age of 10 months and 3 days old. Lyla was the daughter of Jonathan Pack and Paige Nicole Smith. She had a smile that would light up any room, and loved to be with her twin sister, brother and cousins. Survivors include her parents, Jonathan and Paige of Kendrick, Oklahoma; brother, Kent and twin sister, Laney; grandparents, Rodney and Regina Mackey of El Dorado, Kansas, Michael and Suzanne Smith of Kendrick, Oklahoma, Chris and Scarlet Pack of Konawa, Oklahoma, great-grandparents, Sue Blakley of Davenport, Oklahoma, Joyce McMillion of Konawa; Caroline and John Newnam of Kendrick, Karen and Alan Spoonts of Wellston, Oklahoma; other relatives and many friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 14, 2019, at the Davenport First Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
