Lucy was the daughter of Ben and Anna Falls Delaware. Lucy was a resident of Cushing, OK since 1970 moving from Miami, FL; was a member of the Only Way Baptist Church; and worked as a nurse. She graduated from Stroud High School. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and One sister.
