Lonnie E. Bobo

Lonnie E. Bobo, long-time Wellston, Oklahoma, resident was born on November 5, 1927, in Carney, Oklahoma, and departed this life on April 9, 2007, at his home in Wellston surrounded by his family, at the age of 79 years. Lonnie was the son of Hezekiah and Lillie Gardner Bobo. He served in the United States Army during WWII. Lonnie married Inez Lee on March 4, 1948. He worked many years as a Mechanic at Tinker Air Force Base. After Inez?s death in 1989, he married Peggy Riley. Lonnie was a member of the Mt Calvary Baptist Church and Chandler Masonic Lodge #32. His parents, first wife, one daughter, one brother and one sister preceded Lonnie in death. Survivors include, Wife, Peggy of the home, Five sons, Lonnie Bobo Jr. of OKC, OK, Leroy Bobo of OKC, OK, James Bobo of Chandler, OK, Lee Otis Bobo of OKC, OK, Larry Bobo of Moore, OK, Two daughters, Linda Mosley of Stillwater, OK, Lisa Ann Bobo of Chandler, OK, Twenty one grandchildren, Twenty six great grandchildren, Two great-great-grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends.
