Lloyd Wayne 'Butch' McGill, age 67, of Harrah, OK, was born on March 25, 1946, in Denison, Texas. He was the son of Wiley Wayne & Aurora Melinda (Chapman). He left this life on Saturday, May 11, 2013, in Midwest City, OK. Butch proudly served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He married Ann Phillips on March 28, 1980, in Eldorado, Arkansas. Butch was a maintenance engineer for many years, working in the casinos in Las Vegas and a self-employed plumber in Shawnee for many years. He was a member of the Harrah First Baptist Church. Butch was a Jack of all trades and a workaholic. He loved to cook, fish and play on the computer. Butch was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Betty Hopcus. Survivors include his wife, Ann McGill, Harrah, OK; 2 sons & daughter-in-law, Father John Filipovich, Alpine, TX, Randy & Gayla Fillips, Harrah, OK; daughter & son-in-law, Shawna & Mike Gibson, Harrah, OK; 2 sisters & brothers-in-law, Rosie & Ernest Smith, McLoud, OK, Pat & Bill Brashear, Harrah, OK; 5 grandchildren, Johnny, Alexis, Rachael, Brandon & Billy and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at the First Baptist Church, Harrah, OK, with Dr. Doug Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
