Leslie C. ?Dugan? DeWitt of Harrah, OK, was born on October 19, 1940, in Wapanucka, OK, and left this life on Thursday, May 12, 2005, in Midwest City, OK, at the age of 64. Dugan was the son of Walter Randell and Annie E. Cook DeWitt. He graduated from Wapanucka High School and then served in the United States Army. He married Darlene Tyler on March 23, 1962, in Ft. Lewis, WA. Dugan was a carpenter and retired in 2002 from Gulf Stream Aerospace Technologies following 39 years of service. He was a very caring father and husband who always took good care of his family. Dugan enjoyed fishing and hunting. Dugan was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Truman DeWitt; and one sister, Berniece Hokett. Survivors include his wife, Darlene DeWitt, Harrah, OK; 1 son & daughter-in-law, Randy & Allison DeWitt, Choctaw, OK; 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Patricia DeWitt & Eddie Reynolds, Harrah, OK, Sherry & Jacky Wilkerson, Choctaw, OK; 1 brother& sister-in-law, Walter L. & Martha DeWitt, Wapanucka, OK; 2 sisters & brothers-in-law, Marie & Jack McIntire, Oklahoma City, OK, Yvonne & Bobby Smith, Atoka, OK; 11 grandchildren, Michael, Ashley, Amber, Bobby, Lyndsey, Chris, Jeffery, Eddie, Adam, Arron and Nicole; 1 great-grandchild, Jordyn and many other loving relatives and friends. Services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, May 16, 2005, at Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK, with Pastor Steve Tyler officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
