Leo Otto Levisay passed away on January 27, 2020 in California. He was born on May 29, 1930 in Meeker, Oklahoma. He was the son of Arthur Leo and Ethel “Fanny” (Radons) Levisay. Leo was a graduate of Meeker High School. He served his country in the United States Air Force. Leo worked in the pioneering days of cable television. He founded a Telecommunications construction company. Leo’s true passion was horse racing and ranching. He retired early and enjoyed his retirement on the farm. Leo was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lynda Levisay Straub Ladnier; two brothers, Walter Levisay and Claude Levisay and two sisters, Lena Levisay Webb, Pearl Levisay Kinnear He is survived by his son, David Levisay and his wife Susan; daughter, Cindy Levisay; grandchildren, Justin Straub, Carolyn “Cunill” Wescovich, Savannah Levisay and Calvin Levisay. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
