Leeman Jr. Story

Leeman Story, Jr., Meeker, Oklahoma, resident, was born on July 17, 1932, in Lovell, Oklahoma, and departed this life on December 7, 2005, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 73 years. Leeman was the son of Leeman, Sr. and Ora Lillie Marrs Story. He graduated from Carney High School in 1950. Leeman married Ora Frankia Shaw in Shawnee, Oklahoma, on November 9, 1951. He served in the United States Air Force. Leeman was the Division Chief of Communications at Tinker Air Force Base. Following his retirement in 1988, he went into law enforcement and was the current Lincoln County Under Sheriff. Leeman was a member of the First Christian Church in Meeker. His parents and two sisters preceded Leeman in death. Survivors include, Wife of 54 years, Frankia of the home, One son, Rodney Story of Meeker, One daughter, Pamela D. King of Meeker, One sister, Shirley Breeden of Del City, OK, 4 grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice
