Lee Young

Robert “Lee” Young, 94, of Harrah was born November 12, 1918 in Harrah, OK. He was the son of John Robert & Edna Mae (Watts) Young. He left this life on February 21, 2013. Lee married Virginia Rozak on November 21, 1953 in Harrah, OK. Together they continued the family tradition of dairy farming in Harrah, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: Louis, Rawlin, Russell, and Jack Young; and sister Lora Myers. He is survived by his wife, Virginia of the home; daughter, Kathleen Burro & her husband Robert, Edmond, OK, and their children, Jamie, Richard, and Jeffrey & his wife Audrey; daughter, Gayle Casey & her husband, Mike, Oklahoma City, OK, and their daughter, Jennifer Merrick and her husband Craig and their children Riley daughter, Cheryl Tran & her husband Long, Oklahoma City, OK, and their children Nicholas & Justin; brother, Reford Young, Harrah, OK; sister, Bessie Whitnah & husband, Cliff, Choctaw, OK and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Harrah, OK, with Father Lucas Raj Pinapati officiating. Interment will follow at St. Teresa Catholic Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK. The family will receive friends from 4:00PM to 6:00PM, on Sunday, February 24th. at Smith-Parks Funeral Service, 2039 N. Tim Holt Dr., Harrah, OK.
