Laverne Roulston

LaVerne Roulston was born in Decatur, TX on November the 29, 1929 and departed this life in Cushing, OK. on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at the age of 87 years. LaVerne was the daughter of Edward and Grace Thelma (Elliott) Mooney. She was a resident of Stroud since 1970. LaVerne was affiliated with the Baptist Church and was a homemaker. LaVerne married Edgar Calvin Roulston Sr. in Rockwall, TX on October 29, 1954. He preceded her in death 1986. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son, Eddie and one brother, Jimmy. Survivor include, one son, Hal Roulston of Stroud, one daughter, Gina Faye Sackman of Davenport, FL., one brother, Bill Mooney of Burleson, TX., two grandchildren, Regina Hirsch and Leonard Sackman, other relatives and friends, Memorial service will be held at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. with Chaplin Lance Keeling officiating. Service are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
