Larry Charles Marshall

Larry Charles Marshall, age 61, of Harrah, OK, was born on September 8, 1949, in Duncan, Oklahoma. He was the son of Thomas Hardy & Ruby Juanita (Curtis) Marshall. He left this life on Friday, April 1, 2011, at the VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. Larry proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era as a tank commander. He made rank of sergeant and was awarded the National Service Medal. Larry married Majell Sue Manek on July 31, 1973. He was a delivery truck driver for Evans Furniture and later worked in automotive service at Harrington's Service Center in Choctaw. Larry loved restoring his 1966 Chevy Impala. He also enjoyed caring for his yard, working on small engines and being at the lake. Larry was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, R. D. Marshall. Survivors include his wife, Majell Marshall, Harrah, OK; 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Cindy & Shawn Shelby, Choctaw, OK, Cheryl & Nathan Loesch, Harrah, OK; brother, Thomas H. Marshall, Arkansas; sister, Billye Jean Pruett, Arkansas; 2 grandchildren, Garrett & Lydia Shelby and many other relatives and friends.
