Kenneth Wayne Gatlin

Kenneth Wayne Gatlin was born on September 22, 1942, in Meeker, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Sunday, August 6, 2006, in Meeker at the age of 63. Wayne, the son of Kenneth V. and Opal G. Lane Gatlin, was a life-long resident of Meeker. He was raised in the Meeker Assembly of God Church. Wayne married Ruby Kathryn Hall on May 19, 1962 in Meeker. He worked as a truck driver and mechanic. His parents preceded Wayne in death. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Kathryn Hall Gatlin; daughters and son-in-law, Dana and Gerald Hacker of Paden and Vicky Mitchell of Noble; grandchildren, Wesley Davis of Meeker, Christopher W. Mitchell of Noble, Derric Mitchell of Noble, LaChelle and David Ellis of Meeker, Amanda Mitchell of Noble; great-grandson,Nicholas Ellis 'The Boss;' brother and sister-in-law, James and Mary Gatlin of Meeker; and sister and brother-in-law,Dorma and Rick Tison of Dale.
