Kenneth Lee Justus

Kenneth Lee Justus, age 64, of Meeker, OK, was born on September 22, 1944, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the son of Kenneth and Doris Laverne Justus. He went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 2, 2009, in Oklahoma City, OK. Kenneth graduated from Marland High School in 1964. Shortly after graduation, he joined the U. S. Air Force and proudly served until discharged in 1967. Kenneth was a semi truck driver for over 30 years. He drove for several different companies, going from coast to coast. Kenneth married Becky Adams on December 21, 2002, and they settled in Meeker, Oklahoma. He was an active member of the Hillside Baptist Church of McLoud, Oklahoma and a member of the Chapter 452 Touring and Riding Motorcycle Club. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, mother and step-father, Doris & Bud Bufford and his grandparents. Survivors include his wife, Becky Justus, Meeker, OK; daughter, Robin Hargis, Augusta, Kansas; sister & brother-in-law, Debbie & John McIntyre, Tonkawa, OK; 2 grandchildren, Clete & Gyvin Hargis, Augusta, Kansas; niece, Jillian Conaghan & husband, Brian, Oklahoma City, OK; nephew, Jay McIntyre, Tonkawa, OK and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, March 5, 2009, at Hillside Baptist Church in McLoud, OK, with Pastor Tuney Ropp officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 P.M. at Tonkawa IOOF Cemetery in Tonkawa, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
