Kenneth Donnal "Donnie" Coleman

Kenneth Donnal 'Donnie' Coleman was born on October 30, 1949, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Sunday, September 25, 2011, in Seminole, Oklahoma, at the age of 61. Donnie, the son of Kenneth Earl and Patricia Jean (Gravitt) Coleman, was a resident of Prague. Donnie graduated from high school in Nebraska, attended the University of Nebraska during which time he was a wrestler during his time at the university. He served his country in the United States Navy. He worked as a horse trainer in Sallisaw. He had the 3rd ranked quarter horse trained in 1989. He also coached youth wrestling in Sallisaw. Donnie loved his horses, his kids, and his grandkids. He also loved watching OU football and basketball, and watching western movies and wrestling on television, His parents and one brother, Richard, preceded Donnie in death. Survivors include his three daughters and sons-in-law, Jessica and Jeremy Williamson of Wewoka, Jamie and Chad Carpenter of Prague, Jacqueline and Chris Serrano of Midwest City; 15 grandchildren; and sister, Jerry Sue Groves of Shawnee. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Lonnie Hutton officiating.
