Kenneth Allan Evans

Kenneth Allan Evans, 76 of Milfay, passed away at his home in Milfay on November 8, 2018. Kenneth was born in Oklahoma City to Columbus Frank and Julia Emma ( Wartchow). Kenneth was in United State Army where he served in Vietnam Era. Kenneth worked for the City of Stroud in the street department before his retirement. He was a member of the St. Louis Catholic Church in Stroud. Kenneth loved to be with his 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting deer with his grandsons, going to the horse races and watching the wild life around his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Columbus Frank and Julia Emma Evans and one brother, Frankie Evans. Survivors include three daughters, Debbie Saunders & husband Steve of Ardmore, Terri Moss & husband Max of Stigler, Jan Cronin of Calera, one brother Joe Evans of Bethany, two sisters Judy Smith of Oklahoma City, Kathie Brakefield & husband Alan of Goldsby, and sister in law, Anna Evans, seven grandchildren Stephen and Aaron Saunders, Jessica Jacome, Evan and Levi Moss, Josh and Jennifer Cronin and fourteen great grandchildren, the mother of his children, Juanita Evans, other relatives and many friends. Funeral Mass will be held at the St. Louis Catholic Church in Stroud on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Father Ackerman officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 PM at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery in Oklahoma City under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
