Kelsey Lynn Parker

Kelsey Lynn Parker was born on August 3, 1991, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 24. Kelsey, the daughter of David Ray and Brooke Tombarge, was a resident of Meeker. Kelsey graduated from Chandler High School with the class of 2009. She married Dustin Parker on December 21, 2013 in Meeker. Kelsey was a member of the Meeker First Baptist Church. She was very artistic, enjoying writing, painting and photography. Kelsey had a passion for helping people thus she loved her job as a nursing assistant at the Meeker Nursing Center. Kelsey’s aunt, Emily Williams, preceded her in death. Survivors include: husband, Dustin Parker of Meeker; daughters; Lillian Parker and Delilah Parker of Meeker; parents, David Ray of Pueblo Colorado and Brooke Tombarge of Chandler; brothers, Caleb Walker and JD Ray; grandparents, James and the late Gail Melson of Chandler and Doyle and Hideko Ray and many other family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at 6:00 PM, at the First Baptist Church in Meeker with Rev Joe Jones officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
