Julia Genese Haralson

Genese Haralson, 95, a Bakersfield, California resident, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2015. She married Ray Haralson in 1935 and they made their home in Paden before moving the family to California in the late 1940's. They both returned to Paden in the late 1970's where she remained until the death of her husband. She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years and son, Lynn Haralson. She is survived by one sister, Shirley Richerson of Ocala, FL; her two remaining children, Jimmie Haralson of Santa Clarita, CA and Ina Czanik of Bakersfield, CA; two granddaughters, Cindy Palomino and Jennifer Greenwood, both of Santa Clarita and one grandson, Damon Czanik of Bakersfield; two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was laid to rest with her husband in the Paden cemetery on Wednesday, May 27th.
