Juanita Mae Batchelor

Juanita Mae Batchelor was born in Stroud, Oklahoma on May 1, 1921 and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma on May 19, 2010 at the age of 89 years. Juanita was the daughter of Ross Calvin and Vera (Roxie) Shields. Juanita was a resident of Stroud most of her life. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Stroud, Oklahoma and was a homemaker & waitress. Juanita married Rupert Geraind Batchelor in Milfay, Oklahoma on September 16, 1939. He preceded her in death on May 16, 1986. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 1 granddaughter, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include, Three Sons, Robert Batchelor of Tulsa, OK, Steve Batchelor & wife Cheryl of Stroud, OK, Carey Batchelor of Stroud, OK, Two Daughters, June Hilburn of Stroud, OK, Patty Hixon & husband Dennis of Edmond, OK, One Brother, Richard Shields of Moore, OK, Two Sisters, Betty Brown of Stroud, OK, Barbara Beavers of Stroud, OK, Nine Grandchildren, Twenty Four Great Grandchildren, Eleven Great Great Grandchildren, Other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Stroud, Oklahoma on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Paul Ragle officiating. Burial will be in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma.
