Joyce V. Smith

Joyce Violet Smith was born on January 5, 1933, in Paden, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, March 22, 2006, in Shawnee, OK, at the age of 73. Joyce, the daughter of Adolph 'Lefty' Hruska and Elsie Lou Mitchell Hruska, was a resident of Prague. She married Tommie Smith on October 10, 1949 in Mena, Arkansas. She and her husband owned and operated Smith?s Texaco Service Station in Prague for many years. Survivors include husband, Tommie Smith, of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Gary Dean and Susie Smith of Prague; sisters, Maxine Van Brunt, Prague, Myrna Sue Hayes, Shawnee; grandchildren, Kelly and Jimmy Butler, Prague, Beau and Amber Smith, Prague; and great grandchildren, Ty and Heath Butler, Prague.
