Joshua James Jackson

Joshua James Jackson was born August 13, 1987 in Stroud, Oklahoma and passed away unexpectedly November 21st,2020 at the age of 33. Josh was the son of Jerry Jackson and Teri O’Hern. He was a graduate of the 2006 class from Stroud Schools and studied at Tulsa Community College. He then worked 10 years for Service King Manufacturing as a machinist, then continued his career with Uni-therm in Bristow. Josh was a devoted father to his daughter “Lizzy” Jackson, whom he enjoyed spending time with. He was a game enthusiast, enjoyed playing guitar, and listening to music. Josh attended Life Church and the Chapel of Faith. Josh is preceded in death by his father Jerry Jackson, Grandparents Jeff and Ruby Jackson, and Grandfather Samuel Deramo. He leaves behind his daughter Elizabeth Jackson, Mother Teri O’Hern, brother Tony Goodmon and wife Chassary, brother Caleb Jackson, Wes and Stacey Mattheyer, Brothers Luke and Tristan Mattheyer, Sisters Hillary and Brooklin Mattheyer, maternal grandmother Pat Deramo, several nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Graveside Services will be held at the Stroud Cemetery on Friday, November 28th, 2020 at 2:00pm with Jon Mitchell officiating. Services under the direction of Park’s Brother Funeral Service in Stroud.
