Joe Melton Branum

Joe Melton Branum was born on December 25, 1932, in Corpus Christi, TX, and departed this life on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, in Clinton, OK, at the age of 75. Joe, the son of Glen and Mildred Jordan Branum, was a resident of Wellston, OK. He served in the United States Army. Joe married Wanda Barrett on August 30, 1986 in Las Vegas, NV. He worked as a mechanic for many years. His parents, one brother and one granddaughter preceded Joe in death. Survivors include, Wife, Wanda of the home, Sons, Russell Branum of Chandler, OK, Floyd Branum of Las Vegas, NV, Billy Branum of Wellston, OK, Daughters, Connie Knight of Chandler, OK, Teresa Leonard of Las Vegas, NV, Brother, Glen Branum of Albuquerque, NM, 8 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchild. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 3, 2008, 2:00 P.M., at New Zion Cemetery in Chandler, OK with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
