Joe C. Ramsey

Joe C. Ramsey was born on January 19, 1934, in Cornish, OK, and departed this life on Monday, October 11, 2004, in Shawnee, OK, at the age of 70. Joe, the son of Rex Stull and Esther Estelle Barnard Ramsey, was a resident of Meeker. He married Eunice Spurgeon on April 28, 1956. She preceded him in death on September 14, 2003. Joe retired from Long Bell Lumber and was a long-time member of the Westside Church of Christ in Shawnee. His parents; his son, Ronald Joe Ramsey; and his brother, Kenneth Dale Ramsey, also preceded Joe in death. Survivors include his stepson and his wife, Richard and Margaret Spurgeon of Boise, ID, many nieces, nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends.
