Jerry Boyd Hatfield, Sr., Oklahoma City, OK, age 64, was born on January 10, 1940, in Elmore City, OK. He was the son of Oliver B. & Mary L. Rehwalt Hatfield. He left this life on March 1, 2004, in Oklahoma City, OK. Jerry served in the U.S. Army. While he was stationed in Germany, he sat on the Berlin Wall. He worked as a truck driver and as a cab driver for Yellow Cab and Safeway Cab Companies in Oklahoma City. Jerry enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, and camping. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Billy Charles Hatfield, in 1933. Survivors include his mother, Mary McDaniels of Oklahoma City; 1 son, Jerry B. Hatfield, Jr. of Oklahoma City; 1 daughter, Kathryn L. Hatfield of Oklahoma City; 5 brothers& 3 sisters-in-law, Guy G. Hatfield of Oklahoma City, William B. & Wilma Hatfield of Harrah, Jim & Debbie Hatfield of Oklahoma City, Larry Hatfield of Oklahoma City, Daniel G. & Kimi Hatfield of Oklahoma City; 2 sisters & 1 brother-in-law, Ramona Lay of Oklahoma City, Naomi J. & Ronald Seefeldt of Lindrith, NM; 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at the Elmwood Cemetery, Choctaw, OK, with Rev. Tony Alvarez officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
