Jeffery Wayne Morelock

Jeffery Wayne Morelock was born on August 26, 1953, in Prague, and departed this life on Saturday, September 16, 2017, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 64. Jeff, the son of Donald Carl and Aletha Aline (Davidson) Morelock, was a resident of Prague. He was a 1971 graduate of Prague High School. Jeff went to work for GTE in 1977 and continued working for them until his retirement from Windstream in December of 2014. Jeff’s parents, and granddaughter, Harper Morelock preceded him in death. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law Micah and Matt Taylor of Washington; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Denise Morelock, of Stroud; sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Daniel Patterson, of Prague; grandchildren, Ryder Taylor and coming in February of 2018, Reed Taylor and many other family and friends. The Morelock family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Prague. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 2:00 PM, at Faith Bible Church in Prague with Scott Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Prague Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
