Jeanne Bailey

Jeanne Bailey long-time Chandler, Oklahoma, resident was born on March 9, 1924, in Davenport, Oklahoma, and departed this life on May 20, 2013, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 89 years. Jeanne was the daughter of Bluford and Erda (Webster) Bailey. She worked many years as a machinist at Tinker Air Force Base and was of the Methodist faith. Her parents and one granddaughter preceded Jeanne in death. Survivors include, one son, Larry Heath of Shawnee, Oklahoma, two daughters, Holly Crothers of Choctaw, Oklahoma, Vicki Butler of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, two sisters, Patricia Syrles of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Barbara Howerton of Tulsa, Oklahoma, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 23, 2013, at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Chandler, with Deacon Rusty Wooten officiating. Burial will follow at the Davenport Cemetery in Davenport, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
