James W. Hunt

James ?Jim? Warren Hunt, Newalla, Oklahoma, age 53, was born November 20, 1951, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and departed this life on December 2, 2004, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jim was the son of Phil & June Hall Hunt. He graduated from Harrah High School in 1969 and entered into the United States Army in 1971, where he served for two years. He worked at Tinker Air Force Base as an aircraft mechanic for over thirty years. Jim enjoyed going to the lake and skiing. He loved playing with remote planes, boats, cars and playing pool. Survivors include his wife, Linda S. Hunt, Newalla, OK; 2 sons, Jared Hunt, Newalla, OK, Jason Hunt, Newalla, OK; parents, Phil & June Hunt, Newalla, OK; 1 brother & sister-in-law, Jerry & Helen Hunt, Lumberton, TX; 1 sister,Phyllis A. Pritchard, Newalla, OK. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, December 6, 2004, at the First Baptist Church of Newalla, with Rev. Bill Derrick officiating. Interment will follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, Newalla, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service, Harrah, Oklahoma.
