James "Jim" Doyle Seals

Jim passed peacefully from this earth at 2:41am on April 30th, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Cliff Seals; step-father, Bill Riner; brother Steve Seals; and niece Vanessa Seals. He leaves to cherish his memory 9 great nieces and nephews, 5 nieces and nephews, 1 grandson, sister and brother-in-law – Stephanie and Rus Laundrie, mother – Ramona Riner, son and daughter-in-law – Jacob and Spring Seals; daughter and son-in-law – Jessica and Daniel Goodwin; and wife – Mary Seals. Jim was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Harrah and Chaplain of Faith Riders FBC Harrah Chapter. He was a case manager for the Oklahoma DHS Developmental Disabilities Services Division. He was also on the Harrah Park Board. Like Will Rogers, he never met a stranger he didn’t like. He was a father to the fatherless and a friend to the friendless. He was beloved by all and will be greatly missed. Formal visitation will be held at Smith-Parks Funeral Home in Harrah on Monday, May 2nd between the hours of 6 & 8pm. Funeral services will be held at FBC Harrah at 2pm on Tuesday, May 3rd. Interment to follow at Memory Lane Cemetery in Harrah. Jim loved the Lord dearly, served Him faithfully, and now rests in His arms. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
