James C. Russell

James C. Russell, a resident of Stroud, Oklahoma, was born in Ranger, Texas, on January 5, 1922, and departed this life in Stroud, Oklahoma, on Friday, May 27, 2005, at the age of 83 years. James was the son of Hugh and Clara Estes Russell. James, a resident of Stroud most of his life, graduated from Stroud High School, retired from American Dynamic Oil Company, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stroud. He served in the United States Army during WWII. James married Billie Raye Webb on September 18, 1999, in Evergreen, CO. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wilma, in 1989; parents; and 1 brother. Survivors include Wife Billie Raye of the home Two Sons Warner Webb of Houston, TX Vincent Webb of Little Elm, TX Two Daughters Kris Ann Russell of Idledale, TX Tracie Jones of McKinney, TX Two Grandchildren Travis Webb and Austin Jones
