Jackie Martin Mitcheltree

Jackie Martin Mitcheltree was born on March 8, 1937, in Ruddles Mills, Kentucky and departed this life on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at his home near Chandler, OK, at the age of 71. Jackie was the son of B. and Elizabeth Berry Mitcheltree. He served in the United States Army during the Viet-Nam War having retired after 20 years of service. Jackie was well known for playing and singing country music all around the Chandler area. Jackie was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister. Survivors include his wife, Mary Mitcheltree of the home, two sons & daughter-in-law, Dean Martin & Johnna Mitcheltree of Moore, OK, James Mitcheltree of Settle, WA, one daughter & son-in-law, JoAnn & Mike Frizzel of Tulsa, OK, Two grandsons, Jake Martin Mitcheltree of Moore, OK and Trey Mitcheltree of Moore, OK, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Chandler, Oklahoma at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 7, 2009. Burial will follow at White Dove Cemetery in Sparks, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
